If the Aleeva Fascia Ring isn't for you, here's how to send it back:
- Email support@aleeva.com within 30 days of delivery and let us know you'd like to return it.
- Post it back to the address we send you — return shipping is on the customer.
- Once it arrives, we refund you within 5 business days. No restocking fee.
Damaged or faulty? You don't need to send anything back — email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, we can't resell returned units, so please don't send back anything that's been heavily used if you're hoping for a like-new refund — we trust you to be reasonable, and we'll be reasonable back.
