How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 9–13 business days. We ship directly from our fulfillment partner rather than a local warehouse, which is how we keep the price at $29.99 instead of $60+.
How much does shipping cost?
$4.95 flat, free on orders over $35.
Where do you ship?
The US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
How does charging and battery life work?
Full charge takes about 2 hours over USB-C and lasts roughly 2 weeks of normal use, around 10–15 ten-minute sessions per charge.
My order hasn't arrived — what now?
If it's been more than 13 business days, email us and we'll track it down. If it still hasn't shown up by day 13 with no update, we'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice.
How do I take care of it?
Wipe it down with a damp cloth after use. It's splash-resistant, not waterproof — don't submerge it.
